Well I have spent the best part of the afternoon with Jack (who is 7) watching through squinted eyes as he rifled through my craft stuff to make a card for his dad's birthday tommorow he chose all his things and do you know he has done a fantastic job (he loves crafty stuff and thats what he asked santa for last christmas) in fact he was so pleased 'he' decided he 'needed' a blog

He takes his own photos too as you can see lol.....!

The colours this week are Pastel Pink and Apple ..............

Quick card today as im full of cold despite the beautiful weather and trying to get better for tomorrow when I go out for Ian's Birthday, must not be well because I was supposed to be taking myself off to Hobby craft today with some vouchers I got for my birthday in March... but just couldnt face it!!!!!!!! (shock horror)

House Mouse Challenge

This week at HM the challenge is to make a wedding or anniversary card............

I hope this image still counts and I know it isnt the actual mice but I have seen DT members use different images so I hope this is ok.........

I coloured my image with my trusty PM's... and layered with Papermania white core card stock and basic grey 'euphoria' papers..

Penny Black Saturday Challenge

Theres a great sketch over at PBSC this week I highly reccomend that you pop over and have a go ........This card I have made for Jack to give to his Auntie and uncle for their wedding Anniversary on Saturday its going to be a busy day as its also my other halfs birthday the same day and we are going for a nice meal and then out for a nice quiet ( yeah right!!) drink in the village.

The spotty paper is pink peticoat,flowers are prima,sentiment is from the whiff of joy summer collection and the image has been coloured with pro markers (dusky pink, blossom, lemon,primrose,moss,cinnamon,mustard and cocoa) ribbon and buttons from my stash....

Forever friends Challenge Sketch

This weeks Challenge over at Forever Friends is a great Sketch from Sandra

I decided to make a baby card as a few of my work collegues and friends are expecting so I decided to make a Lemon card so it will be appropriate for what ever bundle comes along....

I coloured my image with pro markers (Lemon, Canary, dusky pink and blossom) the little duck papers are from the FF baby collection and The stickers came in pack of 3 sheets of baby themed FF stickers the second circle has been embossed with a folder
