Guest DT for the Craft Garden

This week I am pleased to be a Guest Designer for The Craft Garden

their challenge this month is to take inspiration from the picture below

Here is my card I was sent a beautiful kit of embelishments to play with too!

The paper i've used was in my stash drawer but I think its an old K&Co one thought it would work well with the colours on offer, the flowers were from the fab kit and a SOG  image (beach Mae I think) to finish off..

Case it for Allsorts

This week at Allsorts its my turn to choose the challenge a little bitter sweet this week too as the lovely Fleur has left the DT and I wish her all the luck in the world with her future crafty career.  We do have two new DT members Tracy and Sarah starting next week more about that over at the main challenge blog. 

This week is a case it challenge I have uploaded one of my cards previously posted on my blog and the challenge is to use it to make your own card you can use the layout ,colours, theme, image interpret  it however you would like to :)

This is the card I made to case the one above

not that different lol! I even fornd the same sentiment stamp!, a few added ribbons and different flowers and those fab papers give it a girly feel I quite like it but don't know which one I like more which is your favourite?

Allsorts Challenge note cards

Good morning time for another Allsorts share

This weeks theme was distressing! now i'm not quite a distressed kind of crafter more clean lines  so it was a challenge for me so my distressing is of a minimum level lol :)

this week we also have a new sponsor who kindly let us pick some stamps to play with

Amongst my stamps was this cutie! as I said my distressing is minimal but I did distress the  edges of the Dp mounts and scrunch them and ink them (honest!!!) you can see it better on the blue one.

So a set of three 4x4 note cards was my DT piece this week what will you distress?

Quick card this evening with an image I coloured last week

this is Rainbow fairy from the new digi release at Some Odd Girl

Bit of a funny angle but wanted to capture the glitter, free hand glitter background and glitter borders for the mats and some basic grey papers to finish off no embelishments tonight thought the glitter was enough :)
