Sketch Saturday....and a beautiful artist!

This is the card I have made with the sketch over at Sketch Saturday using a beautiful download from the wonderful artist Mo Manning she has the most amazing Illustrations you can purchase and they are all fantastic....

This is Claire.....isnt she just the most adorable image!!!

The papers and letter stickers are all K and co and the image is coloured with promarkers the flower was punched from scraps and the ribbon was from Hobby craft.......

Penny Black Saturday and Sketch Saturday

I have combined two challenges today for this card PBSC and SS




I made this card for the teaching assistant in Jacks class who has been since reception( Jack is now in year 2!) the school prefer the children to have a constant adult who moves through school with the children until yr6 its really nice for him and I know he has a special place for her....

The theme at PBSC was to use swirls on your card wasnt sure if the paper had enough swirls so i drew a few more with a white sakura pen just to make sure lol

Penny Black and Sketch Saturday

Here is the card I made for Penny Black Saturday and Sketch Saturday, the theme this week at Penny Black was to use black, White and one other colour I chose red as its not a colour I often use.....

Poppies and paisley strip coloured with my PM and a few prima flowers and spacer from the hobby house ,Charm and brads from my stash ...

Penny Black and Sketch Saturday

Well I'm feeling a little better and even more so when I get rid of this inner ear infection, virus and dizzyness lol just a few ailments then eh!

Well should be back on track in no time once i've finished my tablets ..that the kind doctor gave me that I can't drink with so no lovely glass of wine for me this weekend!!

I'd like to thank you for all your kind messages wishing me well it is much appreciated and I felt a whole lot better for reading them...

Right back to challenges and because I am way behind this week i have done a 2 in 1

with Penny Black Saturday Challenge and Sketch Saturday...

The theme at PBSC was anything goes so I did a colour themed card using this weeks sketch over at SSC wasn't to sure about the sketch at first but once I got going it was great, really enjoyed it...

I used forever friends papers and papermania whitecore card stock...the image was coloured with my pm's,border punch is threading water by fiskars and a few dew drops to finish

Color create challenge and sketch saturday

This week on colour create challenge the colours were duck egg blue and rose pink!

Well i had to use my new K&Co papers I picked up in Harrogate these were a bargain! 6 pads for £10 at the Hobby house stall.....
I have water coloured my image and just layered it simply so not to take any attention away from the gorgeous papers....a couple of primas and a charm from my stash.....

The sketch over at sketch saturday was also fab to work with I turned it on its side though as I had already coloured this image and it fit better this way.

papers are .....yep youv'e guessed it basic grey grey card stock is papermania and the little boat was cut out of the same paper the charm has turned around and i hadnt realised but it is a cap!!
