Here is my tag for TAG YOUR IT this weeks theme was snowy

I used this snowman image from my stash and shaded the snowmen with copics then went over them with my clear gelly roll stardust pen for added glitz, I watercoloured round the edge a little and mounted it onto my fav glitter card (only have small scraps left now...horrors!)the base card isIce white hammered finish and has a great lustre although I dont think it shows up too well in th photo,

Marathon make

Phew!!!! marathon card making sesh tonight ,I am selling at a christmas fair in a few weeks and I wanted to make some nice but quickish cards so i ued my FF stickers and my Elzybells sentiment stamps and voila! (doodle stamp is one from stash)

Forever friends challenge 17th November

This weeks Forever Friends challenge is ROUND THE BEND adding circles wherever and however you like..........


I used papers from my stash and my new Forever friends stickers the scallops were cut using scalloped scissors,
I wanted to make a shaped card this week and i am quite pleased with the result....

First i clear embossed some small snowflakes onto the background of my card,
I used my miki and kim die cuts and papers from my stash not sure who they are by...the metal snowflakes are from last years christmas stash too!!

Santa came early this year!

I was out crafty shopping today with my very good crafty friend Kirsten at our favourite crafty den in pontefract, We were busy looking at all the gorgeous stuff they have its a huge warehouse type shop like aladdins cave!.
Was looking through some fab papers when my other half rang me..............only to say that I should choose a large item as part of my christmas present pile........well after lots of sloppy thank you's I didnt need to do much deliberating as I stroked the very item i spot as i walk in every time I come to shop here........................what do you think it's pink,black and fab!!!!!!!

Quick cards tonight!

Have made quick cards tonight think my mojo is about to give up on me,

I have just had a scout round my scraps and used some images

I had already stamped out (in case of emergencies) all snowmen.

needing some inspiration me thinks.......

Well the weekend is nearly here and that means new challenges maybe i'll wake up tommorrow and my crafty brain will be full of great ideas hmmmmmm!

TYI challenge winter 'time'

Here is my entry for this weeks TYI challenge........clocks ,time...however we wanted to interpret it well here it is..........

I used..............

* my new elzybells stamp from the cold nose warm heart collection which i coloured using my pro markers.( and stamped with versafine ink pad ty Diane!)

* hollographic and mirror board from my stash

*and the 'chain' is from my lovely blog candy (see previous post)

I wanted the overall effect to be like a pocket watch (although you would need a pretty big pocket lol!)

Fantastic Service!!!

The stamps I ordered yesterday from Elzybells arrived this morning......................thats not all when i opened the package they sent a reward card so i can collect stamps on my purchases which when the card is full entitles me to £10 off that order,

My Invoice had a handwritten message on it ........................and there was also a lolly in their too !

I know what your thinking little things please little minds, but I thought it was charming........

So of course I had to make a card to show one of my new stamps x

I got this lovely ribbon at Castleford market it was 56p per metre bogof!!



And this lovely red shimmer card came from there too!!



The cute Newtons Law stickers were a freebie on a magazine I love them.......



Everything else was from my stash!!

I've had a lovely time making those cards with a nice glass of wine (for medicinal purposes) lol............

I have fallen in love with this particular stamp isnt he lovely!

Have also used my new papermania 'naughty and nice christmas' papers,

and sakura stardust pens.

I coloured his body with my glaze pens and a water brush it gave a really soft effect..

forever friends challenge "with love"

This is the card i have made for my first forever friends challenge,

the theme was with love I used my new christmas stamp and coloured it using sakura glaze and stardust pens everything else was from my stash !!

High street bargains

Well I am not feelin too good today the bad weather has caught up with me I think! Think i have a touch of girl flu you know when you feel like rubbish but you still wash clothes, iron, make beds and tea, pick kids up from school .......................................lol.

but while shopping on my way home from work i found these lovely stamps and i had to have them, arn't they gorgeous? they have a beautiful sketched effect.

They are forever friends christmas stamps and i bought them........wait for it ..........in woolworths!!!!!! ....yes thats right ! good old woolies.

I also bought a pack of Papermania 'naughty and nice christmas' Papers in their too!

they didnt have a huge selection but there were forever friends papers and birthday stamps too.

dont you jusy love high street bargins lol....(cough..... sneeze....atishooooo!!!!)

p.s the blog candy i won from Dawn was posted today so it might arrive in the morning I cant wait i'll let you all know what comes ...hee hee!!

Ok can't get hang of changing header, tried it with an image from lap top and it was huge lol,
so for now have just changed layout and colour scheme,
won't let it beat me though so i'll try again tommorrow me thinks!!
