Shake it Baby!!!!!!!

This weeks challenge at Allsorts  is to make a shaker card I really enjoyed making this card and even more so that it seemed to come together so well all perfectly co-ordinated for once....( of course this is only my opinion lol! )

The cute hedgie is a stickeroo and there are tiny pastel acrylic flowers in the shaker element, the papers are a fab pack I got from Harrogate they are from the Dovecraft fairytale princess collection  a whopping 72 sheet  6 x 6 pack with 6 sheets of 12 designs ..... Loving this shape of card still and kraft but i'm sure I didnt have to tell you that lol x

Allsorts week 151 My Sketch

Hi again ok this week at Allsorts we have been using this sketch I made :)

I decided to try something a little different this week and use my new stamps from kaiserkraft I bought in Harrogate

still not 100% with the ribbon believe it or not its straight irl but with that herringbone design looks very odd made my eyes go funny when I was putting it on the butterfly was stamped on the same Dp as the background and then had a good dose of Glossy accents as did the craftwork cards sentiment the swirl stamp on the oval is from the same stamp set a bit of inking round the edges and hey presto ....... ok it might not be magic but I enjoyed stepping out of my comfort zone for a few hours...

Buttons and Threads

Now I find threads difficult to use on my cards not sure why so went minimalist with the threads lol the tiny buttons are from Meiflower and are as tiny as they look this is also my very first attempt at colouring on kraft I really enjoyed it although I didn't have the proper equipment or blending solution I don't think its a bad attempt :)

This week at Allsorts we have a colour bingo challenge choose any row horizontally, vertically or even diagonally 

I chose the 

Green, Kraft, Pearls 

row for my card...

different shaped card this week rather than my standard 6 x 6 card this is a 6 x 6 card blank with an inch taken off the side the image is one of lili of the valley's pre coloured cute squares you can find spring rabbits HERE very cute and matches the kraft so well the green design paper is from Craftwork cards and is from the VERY MERRY paper pack its just delicious and not just for Christmas! the flower is a prima flower with just a few pearls in the centre, I don't make Easter cards but I think this would be a pretty nice one...
