Week 169 its a gift at Allsorts

We look set for some pretty miserable bank holiday weather here in Leeds so what better way to start the dreary weekend with than another Saturday challenge from Allsorts

the challenge this week from the lovely Brenda is

'its a gift'

I decided on a tall gift bag using a fab image from Some Odd Girl Summer Kayleigh

teamed with some fab papers but I don't know who they are by (if you do give me a shout) I die cut some buttons from matching cardstock and gave them the glossy accents treatment. I cut the handle with nestie circles through each layer lining them up to the next layer for an even finish.

Kayleigh was coloured with promarkers i'm liking her pink hair lol!

Allsorts Challenge 168 - Heavy Metal

Good morning I think the weeks are flying by at the moment it doesn't seem like a whole 7 days ago that I posted my Allsorts DT card last Saturday but here we are Saturday again!

This week its the lovely Helene's turn to inspire us and she chose the theme of

Now I know this is not so heavy with the metal but I have

Going round in circles

This is my DT card for this weeks challenge over at Allsorts

we also have been able to use images form the lovely Ruth this week

I used the Baubles image which I thought would be perfect for this cute scalloped circle card I coloured teh image with promarkers ans layered the beables adding some green sakura stardust pen on the fern

Guest DT for the Craft Garden

This week I am pleased to be a Guest Designer for The Craft Garden

their challenge this month is to take inspiration from the picture below

Here is my card I was sent a beautiful kit of embelishments to play with too!

The paper i've used was in my stash drawer but I think its an old K&Co one thought it would work well with the colours on offer, the flowers were from the fab kit and a SOG  image (beach Mae I think) to finish off..
