Forever Friends (pink, blue and a flower or two)

This is my card for this weeks Forever Friends Challenge which is to use Pink,Blue and a flower or two...........

I used my DCWV blossoms and butterfly stack, the image is coloured with promarkers and a bit of card candy!

week 9 at Allsorts and Pasion for promarkers

The theme this week on Allsorts is a fab sketch from Debbie

and there is a great prize from Stamp Addicts on offer....

wanted to keep this nice and simple so tried to leave as much white space as poss, the sentiment (I think) is penny black and I used one of my new Anyas cant wait to make more christmas cards with her...

I made this card earlier in the week but couldnt show it till today as it was for my bloggy pal Kirstens birthday and as she is on her way to mine I can now post it on here lol!!!

the colours on P4pm this week were cornflower blue and cocoa and can you tell I like my new Anya stamps!!

Paper take weekly meets Sketch and Stash

Another joint challenge i'm afraid........so many challenges and so little time!

The theme for my 3rd week as a guest designer at Papertake weekly is 'use your favourite'

that could be an image,embelishment papers etc....... I love the 'thanks a melon' collection from pink petticoat so I used as many as possible!!

I also followed the sketch over at Sketch and stash as the image, glittery flip flop button, white prima flowers and pink polka dot ribbon are my newest stash.....

I bought the white flowers as I wanted to be able to alter them to match any card using my promarkers ,to make them have a coloured edge I went round the tip of each petal with my promarker blender pen, then edged them with lime and rose pink the blender helped to soften any hard edges.

also this week on ss there was an extra theme of re, white and blue lol but I think I may just have that covered...lol!

Allsorts challenge 8 Shaped card

Hello wow that was a fast week and now we are into July and officially into the back end of the year!!!!!!!!!!!
Week 8 at Allsorts and this weeks challenge is from Amanda and is a shaped card (except square or rectangle LOL!!!)

I made this card for Jack to give to his teacher when he leaves at the end of term

I received this image from the lovely Gro (my Allsorts teamie) and it begged to be used ! well I dont like to see a stamped image on its knees so I said 'go on then'............

I hand cut the card blank using a template i cut from card then cut about 6mm off the edge and drew around it again to make the cream 'inner apple' I used a sissix die to cut the lettering and coloured the image with pro markers........ luv em to bits but I 'need' more......lol!
