FF Challenge "new beginings"

This week on FF we had to make a card with the theme 'new beginings' I was instantly drawn to a baby card and it was a good excuse to use my new fiskars border punch...


The images are coloured with water colours and i used my cuttlebug embossing folder (tiny bubbles) , the swirl is a sissix die and have added rainbow drops in two corners
