Wow Saturday again where do the days go!!!

Back to School is the theme here at Allsorts this week and its Fleurs Challenge...

I have had this adorable image from Mo Manning for ages and it was just perfect for using on my card ,this card is for my neighbours daughter she starts school in reception in September and I thought it would be nice to give her a little card to remember the day

The dP is my minds eye - quite contrary collection and the stickers are doodlebug

Week 117 a Allsorts - youve been framed

Good Morning!!

This week at allsorts it is Brendas turn to host the challenge which this week is to encorporate a frame on your project...

This week I went through my stash and found a goody bag from Craftworkcards everything as always so well co-ordinated so I couldnt really go wrong!!

The 'frame' was made by die cutting an apature from the design paper mounting it onto a black card blank and then adding the diecut flowers into it, some liquid pearls and a sentiment from lili of the valley and I was done simple, quick but quite effective....

Allsorts - Anything but a card

Good Morning

Time for another challenge at Allsorts...

This week we would like you to focus on anything thats not a card..

Please excuse the terrible photo but this is  a small notepad I have altered to give as a gift the papers are from dovecraft and are really well co-ordinated I covered the chipboard frame with a co-ordinating paper and placed a plain prima flower in the centre with a button for the centre

A Ruby of a challenge - Allsorts

Good Morning!

Well its a roll your sleeves up and in the words of a crafting buddy of mine and if you follow her blog you'll know exactly who I mean when I say its time to put the big girl knickers on today as I am about to start painting my hall stairs and landing although wether its the right thing to do with a chest infection thats yet to be seen, but i do have the help of my friend and the o/h so shouldnt be too bad and I can do a lot of directing :)
