Goodness me....what a mess!

Well I havnt been looking after my craft room much, and havnt even thought about tidying the mess since before christmas to be honest!!!

and boy can you tell!!!!

fancy a little tour?

* My desk lots of storage I love it not that you can see much of it here......

*My second desk I use this one for my guillotine and my yummy pink and black Big Shot....lots of mess it would take ages to sift out the saveable bits of dp.....


*And my storage drawers crammed full with crafty stash but the top crammed with crafty trash lol!

But last night I decided it had been neglected too long.......... so bin bag in hand I set to tidying up and an hour later it was looking a little better!

*Nice clean desk, Yipee!!!

*No sifting to do all done.....

* And all crafty stash no trash and lots of lovely cards sent to me by my bloggy and crafty friends

Week 36 at Allsorts Hearts and Flowers

This week at Allsorts we would like to See hearts and flowers on your project

This image is one of a new set of Penny Black stamps, I treated myself to the 'bubbly' collection

The papers are one of the first sets I bought so i'm not sure who they are from the heart was cut from card and put through the BIG shot in a cuttle bug folder and glittered using a sakura stardust pen a little on the bubbles and champers and there you go!

Forever Friends Simple...

This week at Forever Friends the theme is to show a quick make for a card in a hurry...

This card was made using a scrap of digi gingham paper that I have been saving because its such a lovely shade of blue and the image was Quickly nested up onto a matching scalloped circle the sentiment was printed straight on from the pc and the font is LD going nuts....

I love this card and although it was simple to make this does not mean it took any less effort but it was quick and long overdue posting as it was for a DT buddy who had a baby in the new year!

Allsorts Week 35

This week at Allsorts it is Kirstens turn to choose the challenge and she chose the theme brown and pink.

I used this sweet Greeting Farm Image and the sketch over at Papertake weekly the papers are basic grey with a few flowers and to jazz them up a little i stamped over them with a flourish stamp the sentiment is from craftwork cards but to start off with this was white and silver so I coloured it with my promarkers and tada a matching sentiment...

Allsorts week 34

Well i'm finally back on the DT stuff thank goodness!!!!

This week its my turn to set the challenge at Allsorts and I have another sketch for you...

This card was made for my sons birthday yesterday he was 8 and we had a wii night (his choice) with all the family round it turned into a hilarious evening as everybody had a turn (even grand parents!!!)

Its been a while!!

Well its been ages since I posted and unfortunately with good reason as my other half is being made redundant and I just havnt had the urge to craft.( or to comment especially sorry for the wonderful crafters who join in the Allsorts and Forever friends challenges who I DT on normal commenting will resume a.s.a.p)...I was putting all my efforts into having a great family Christmas so we would remember it as a happy time and not one tainted with the unfortunate news!!

But we had a fantastic Christmas and I am now looking forward to get right back into the crafty stuff....

New Years resolution to always look on the brighter side ( as the diet I started yesterday didnt seem to agree with the baileys I have just had lol!!)

So to start my crafty new year off I decided to join in with the always fab challenge at Papertake weekly which was a fab sketch from Dawny P

I used a fab coco image from Digistampboutique so pretty and lovely to colour, papers are from my minds eye and flowers are from my stash

The next card is for the challenge at Anyone for Anya and the theme this week is anything goes so I made thsi card for my sil she loves pink so thought she would like this,
