Allsorts Week 122 Clean and Simple

Good Morning ! isnt it getting fresh out there winter is coming and it will be Christmas before we know it!!!
Ok its time for another Allsorts challenge and this week the theme from the lovely Amanda is
Clean And Simple

I have paperpieced her dress with the same paper as I mounted the front panel on and coloured the rest of her with pro markers a few pearls for her shoe buckles and under the sentiment which is from Whiff of Joy and thats it my CAS inspired card!!

Justa quickie i've been waist deep in design team makes this week trying to get ahead before christmas but saw the lovely friendship challenge over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge and just had to join in!

Allsorts challenge 121

Good Morning

Its time for another Allsorts challenge and its Nicolas turn to choose her first theme she chose

ALTER /RECYCLE

Great theme for clearing away al those thgings you kept but you didnt know why....

I decided to RECYCLE these two old bracelets the elastic had gone but didnt want to throw them out...

So I cut the elastis and used the seed  and bugal beads for the shaker elements of my card...

The image is a penny black slapstick stamp which has three mice standing under a lantern but I masked the others off so it would fit in my shaker window,

A few die cut elements and my beads (not the best pic im afraid)

Allsorts week 120

Happy Saturday and for me it is a fantastic Saturday as ill be setting of for the GNPE in about an hour and I cant wait its such a great show and im going with the fab Kirsten and we have booked ourselves on a Craftwork cards workshop with the lovely Kath if you are going to the GNPE  I might see you there.....

ok on to this weeks challenge which this week has come from one of our new DT members Jill

Flowers and Swirls

I used a new teqnique this week and removed a section of the base card using the image and the swirls to connect the two halfs together tried to keep as much white space as I could and used my last (sniff) sunflower so another order to wild orchid crafts is on the cards lol!

A very sweet image from Crafters Companion this is Lottie isnt she sweet!

a cose up of the layering

This was such a fun image to use  great for layering and suits a simple layout  papers are from first edition and the sentiment was printed straight onto some pearlescent textured card and a few mirror pebbles to embelish.
