4 challenges in 3 cards!!

Good afternoon well i've managed to have a crafty day today I have managed some challenges one of which has been greatly neglected over the last few weeks

So here is my Penny Black Saturday Challenge card

The theme this week is christmas and i've really missed this challenge (sorry i've not been about lately girls will try to get back on track)....

The next card is for Anyone for Anya

There is a fab sketch this week...

Apologies for the pic but the batteries ran out in my camera and I had to take this on my mobile

The papers are from Summer driggs she has some fab freebie papers the bottom green paper looks like a sheet of lime green glass beads irl !!.....

The last card is for two challenges Papertake weekly and Just Magnolia

Papertake weekly is a sketch and Just Magnolia is ribbons and bows, these went perfectly together as the sketch has a bow on it perfect!!!

The papers are Basic grey (no surprise there then lol) and I dont have any purple ribbon so i coloured some white ribbon with Amythest promarker

It is my blogs 1 year blogversary today!!!

I cannot believe it is 1 year since I started blogging but here we are with over 10'000 hits and 183 posts .....phew where have I found the time lol!!!

I'd just like to say a quick thank you to all my lovely blog buddies out there,

I have met some truly wonderful friends since I started blogging a few of which I have been lucky enough to meet in person!!

Forever friends - Eyelets and brads

This week over at Forever friends we have a great challenge ....we challenge you to use eyelts or brads on your cards

Whiff of joy Challenge and GDT call

The challenge this week is to use bling on your card now I dont know if Pearls are classed as bling but they lent themselves to this card so well.....

This and the next three cards are part of my bid to be a WOJ GDT member!!

Katherina has a DT call out for a GDT for the next 2.5 months

And this was the perfect excuse to play with my fav stamps, Basic grey papers, and my trusty Promarkers had loads of fun this afternoon lol!!!!

Allsorts week 16

Good morning time for another Allsorts challenge this week Amanda has banned rubber!!! yep no rubber stamped images or sentiments >>>>>shock<<<<<<<>

You can however use digital images and sentiments plus a whole load more crafty teqniques so get out all your decoupage,iris folding, tea bag papers, embossing plates and more

to reward you guys for being so creative Amanda is giving away this fab Stampin up polka dot back ground stamp so what are you waiting for.....

Here is my DT peice I found a sheet of this fab Dufex decoupage paper in a drawer all alone and its such a fun image there were 3 on each sheet so you may see the matching ones soon who knows......

Anyone for Anya and Just Magnolia

I managed to do 2 challenge cards on my day off today the first is for the new Anyone for Anya challenge their first theme is Sugar and spice ....

I decided the theme for me definitly meant pink and glittery so I glittered Anyas boots T-shirt and hair band the flower is just two circles ( one scalloped and one plain) of Pink petticoat papers cut to look like they have petals rest of papers are also PP i caught the edge of my paper as I was inking it so matched up the other corners (happy mistake lol....)

The second card is for the just Magnolia challenge and there is a fab sketch from Rach to follow

I decided to stick with my challenge of making at least one christmas card a week and used this cute Magnolia image ,I made this card slightly smaller at 5x5 but I think it works well , I didnt have a snow flake to match so I found a silver one and coloured it using my pro markers not sure if its the effect I was after though...

Papertake weekly your choice 0f 99 challenges!! and mini rant......

Well its been an eventful week, I had this week off from work and thought it would be a fab crafty hol well I was so wrong.......had a phone call from work at 9.30 on tuesday morning to say OFSTED had arrived so of course I went in to make sure everything was ok..which it was but then had to go back in yesterday to collect the feedback for Nursery so my Hol has been totally broken up on the good side we did well in the inspection but I havn't had much time for crafting.....boo hoo!

On the plus side my WOJ Autumn set arrived Wednesday so that cheered me up no end !!!

enough of the waffle...thats if you got this far without dozing off lol.......

This weeks challenge on Papertake weekly was to choose one of the past 99 challenges I chose...

The papers i have used are a free download from Shabby Princess I just love the soft colours on this card....
